Toggle Eyedropper Sample Current Layer -> All Layers

Ever have the issue of not being able to use eyedropper to select "current layer" via hotkey? This script toggles eyedroppers sample options "All Layers" -> "Current Layer" and back! Map it to a hotkey and off you go!
